Who is This Program For?

• Newly Credentialed Ministers: Congratulations on your credentialing! This program is designed to help you transition from education to active ministry, providing hands-on mentoring that will empower you to serve effectively.

• Newly Assigned Pastors: Transitioning into a new pastoral role can be a daunting task. Our mentors are here to help you understand the unique culture of your new congregation and lead with confidence.

• Ministers Transferring into Our Conference: Welcome! We understand that joining a new conference community can be a time of adjustment. Our program provides you with the tools to integrate smoothly and connect with your peers.
